FAQ

What counts as a download?

Each parametric or freeform model you successfully download (STL or 3MF) is one download. Re-downloading a model you've already generated never counts again — it's already saved to your library.

Do failed freeform generations cost credits?

No. Credits debit only on successful generation. If the AI provider errors out or the print-prep pipeline can't ship a printable file, your balance is untouched.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your Studio settings — you keep paid-tier access until the end of the billing period. No proration; we won't claw back models you've already downloaded.

What's the commercial licence?

Free tier is personal use only. Pro and Studio plans include a commercial licence — you can sell physical prints of the models you generated, list them on Etsy/Instagram, or fulfil for clients. Reselling the digital files themselves is not allowed on any plan.

Does the 3MF really open dialled-in on Bambu Studio?

Yes — every 3MF is exported via OrcaSlicer headless on the worker with our A1 baseline profile embedded. Open it, click Slice, print.

How does Order a Print work?

After previewing or downloading, hit Order a print. We print it on our Bambu A1 in Bengaluru and ship pan-India. POD fulfilment is via Magic Prints 3D and doesn't count against your plan downloads.
